This Privacy Policy explains how YieldCalcHub, operated by GoUltra Systems LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our website at www.yieldcalchub.com (the "Site"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data transparently.

For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we act as the data controller. For the purposes of the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), we act as the business.
2. Data We Collect
We collect and process the following categories of data:
Server logs: When you visit the Site, our hosting infrastructure automatically records your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, and timestamps. These logs are used for security, abuse prevention, and performance monitoring.
Analytics data: We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), provided by Google LLC, to understand aggregate usage patterns such as page views, calculator usage, geographic region (country/city level), device type, and session duration. We do not use analytics to build individual user profiles. Analytics runs under Google Consent Mode: for visitors in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland every storage type is denied by default, so measurement happens without cookies or local storage until a consent mechanism is in place; elsewhere analytics storage is granted and the _ga cookies are set. Advertising and personalization storage are denied everywhere, because the Site serves no ads. You can opt out of Google Analytics anywhere by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Cookie and consent data: If a consent banner is shown (for example, when display advertising is enabled), your choice is stored in your browser using localStorage. No consent banner is currently shown because the Site does not serve ads.
Advertising identifiers (future): The site does not currently load any advertising scripts and does not collect advertising identifiers. If display advertising is enabled in the future, and only when you consent to advertising cookies, third-party advertising services may at that point collect device identifiers, cookie IDs, and browsing signals to serve and measure advertisements.
Contact form submissions: If you contact us through our contact form, we collect your name, email address, subject, message, and any optional URLs you provide.
Calculator inputs: All calculator inputs are processed entirely in your browser (client-side). We do not transmit or store your financial inputs, income figures, tax data, or other calculator entries on our servers.
3. Purposes and Legal Bases
We process your data for the following purposes:
Site operation and security (legitimate interest / necessity): To deliver the Site, protect against abuse, and maintain infrastructure security.
Analytics and improvement (legitimate interest, with storage denied where consent is required): To understand how our tools are used and improve the user experience. Where consent would be required for the storage, the storage is switched off rather than assumed.
Advertising (future, consent): No advertising is currently active on this site. If display advertising is enabled in the future via third-party display advertising providers, advertising cookies will only be set after you provide explicit consent in regions where consent is required (EEA, UK, Switzerland).
Responding to inquiries (legitimate interest / contract performance): To respond to your contact form submissions and support requests.
Legal compliance (legal obligation): To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal processes.
4. Recipients and Vendors
We share data with the following categories of service providers:
Hosting and CDN: Cloudflare, Inc. provides hosting, content delivery, DNS, and edge security services. Cloudflare processes server logs and request data.
Advertising (future): The site does not currently use any advertising service. If display advertising is enabled in the future, third-party display advertising providers would at that point process advertising cookies and identifiers to serve and measure ads. The advertising provider would act as an independent controller for ad-personalization data.
Email delivery: Resend (via API) processes contact form submissions and delivers notification emails on our behalf.
Domain and DNS: Cloudflare provides domain management and DNS resolution.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes, except as described in this policy regarding advertising services.
5. International Transfers
Your data may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. When data is transferred outside of the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) adopted by the European Commission, or the service provider's participation in recognized data transfer frameworks.
6. Retention
Server logs: Retained for up to 30 days, then automatically deleted.
Analytics data: Retained in aggregate form. Individual session data is not retained beyond the analytics provider's standard retention period.
Consent records: Retained for up to 3 years from the date of consent, or as required by applicable law, to demonstrate compliance.
Contact form submissions: Retained for up to 2 years after the inquiry is resolved, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
Advertising data (future): The Site does not currently collect advertising data. If display advertising is enabled, retention would be governed by the advertising provider's data retention policies.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate data.
Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
Restriction: Request that we limit processing of your data in certain circumstances.
Portability: Request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
Objection: Object to processing based on legitimate interests.
Withdraw consent: Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

8. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

These include the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete your personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.
We do not sell personal information. No advertising cookies are set on this Site today, so there is currently nothing to opt out of under the CPRA "sharing" definition. If display advertising is enabled later, we will collect the consent required for your region before any advertising cookie is set, and the choices available to you are described on our Privacy Choices page.
We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid opt-out request where required by California law.
9. Children
The Site is not intended for children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Our calculators are designed for business professionals and adults making financial decisions. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child under 16, we will take steps to delete it promptly. 10. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy. Because the Site currently sets only analytics and security cookies and shows no consent banner, the controls available to you are your browser settings, the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, and a Global Privacy Control signal if your browser sends one.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
