These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of YieldCalcHub at www.yieldcalchub.com (the "Site"), operated by GoUltra Systems LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GoUltra Systems LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

These limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GoUltra Systems LLC from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Site shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming, unless applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.

If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection laws, nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under those laws.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with updated Terms, you should stop using the Site.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
